Deposit Requirement & Booking Confirmation:
For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis. Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Balance Payment:
The balance amount can be paid either before your departure or upon arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services.

Cancellation Policy for Tour/travel Services
Cancellation Notification:
In the event of tour/travel service cancellation due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, kindly notify us in writing
Acceptance of Written Cancellations:
Written cancellations are accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Sunday cancellations will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
Effective Cancellation Charges:
Charges will be applicable from the date of receiving written advice and are as follows:
>> 45 days before arrival: 15% of the Tour/service cost
>> 30 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
>> 15 days before arrival: 35% of the Tour/service cost
>> 07 days before arrival: 45% of the Tour/service cost
>> 72 hours before arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Cancellation After Commencement:
If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be limited and dependent on the amount recoverable from the hoteliers/contractors we work with.
Unused Services:
For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc., we regret that we cannot bear responsibility for refunds.

Force Majeure Clause:
Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Events:
In the unfortunate event of cancellation due to natural calamities (e.g., cyclones), road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., where circumstances are deemed as force majeure, the refund will be processed based on the recoverable amount from the services that were initially booked for the services/event.

Refunds under force majeure conditions may take up to 15-30 working days to process.
