Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C travel sales
- Degree in hospitality or tourism preferred, with fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, sales, cross-selling, upselling, telesales, customer support, and proactive approach
- Basic Excel & Word proficiency, along with social media skills for promotions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personal phones & laptops are mandatory for in-office work
- Age limit 21-35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about our travel products, pricing, and promotions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cold call and engage potential clients to promote travel services
- Follow up diligently with interested leads
- Use social media to promote our brand and engage customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate service details
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads
- Resell, upsell, and cross-sell travel services
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Report sales activities, achievements, and challenges
