Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C travel sales
  • Degree in hospitality or tourism preferred, with fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, sales, cross-selling, upselling, telesales, customer support, and proactive approach
  • Basic Excel & Word proficiency, along with social media skills for promotions
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal phones & laptops are mandatory for in-office work
  • Age limit 21-35 years

  • Learn about our travel products, pricing, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Cold call and engage potential clients to promote travel services
  • Follow up diligently with interested leads
  • Use social media to promote our brand and engage customers
  • Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate service details
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads
  • Resell, upsell, and cross-sell travel services
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Report sales activities, achievements, and challenges
