Role Description:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outbound sales, and performance-based earnings. You will not depend on company-generated enquiries.
- Generate self-sourced travel leads
- Understand client travel requirements and budgets
- Pitch premium domestic & international travel experiences
- Coordinate internally for itineraries and costing
- Close bookings and ensure timely payment collection
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
- Build repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality client support
- Proven ability in sales and an understanding of sales processes
- Proficient in sales management with a proven record of achieving monthly revenue targets
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- 3–4 years of experience in B2C travel sales
- Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-ups

Compensation Structure:
Fixed monthly salary of ?20,000–?25,000, along with attractive incentives and performance-linked bonuses.
