Role Description:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outbound sales, and performance-based earnings. You will not depend on company-generated enquiries.

  • Generate self-sourced travel leads
  • Understand client travel requirements and budgets
  • Pitch premium domestic & international travel experiences
  • Coordinate internally for itineraries and costing
  • Close bookings and ensure timely payment collection
  • Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
  • Build repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality client support
  • Proven ability in sales and an understanding of sales processes
  • Proficient in sales management with a proven record of achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2C travel sales
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-ups

Compensation Structure:

Fixed monthly salary of ?20,000–?25,000, along with attractive incentives and performance-linked bonuses.
