Internship Duration: 6 Months
 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar fields
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Sheets/Docs, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
• Interest in the tourism and events industry is a must
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, organised and willing to learn
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and technologies 
• Must have a personal laptop and smartphone for office work
• Age limit 18–25 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing and scheduling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Collect feedback, photos, videos, and reels from previous trips for content repurposing
• Respond to DMs and comments with basic travel information
• Create posts, reels and stories using Canva or CapCut
• Research trending travel topics, reels, hashtags, and competitor content
• Update the website with new tour packages
• Onboard new properties and travel partners
• Compare vendors (cabs, cruises, hotels) for quality and pricing
• Prepare custom itineraries for clients
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp or email under supervision
• Maintain a database of booked clients and upcoming trips, and inquiries
• Maintain relationships and coordinate with vendors for bookings and confirmations
• Collect feedback from clients and turn it into testimonials
• Research and tie-up with cruises, venues, and packages for events
• Assist in creating corporate event decks and proposals
• Support checklist and logistics planning for events
• Organise files, itineraries, and folders on Google Drive
• Track payments and follow up on pending documents (passport, ID)
• Maintain a reminder calendar for upcoming trips or follow-ups
