Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in travel, events, or hospitality)
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience with email & WhatsApp marketing automation tools
  • Ability to analyze data & optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Creative mindset for crafting engaging ad copies, images, and videos
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Personal phones & laptops are mandatory for in-office work
  • Age limit 21-35 years
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing & influencer partnerships
  • Prior experience in lead generation for high-ticket services

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, Travel Magazines, Newspapers etc.
  • Optimize campaigns to lower customer acquisition cost (CAC) & increase conversions
  • Develop & manage retargeting & remarketing strategies for abandoned leads
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic & search rankings
  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Pixel
  • Create high-converting landing pages, ad copies & creatives
  • Manage WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns for customer engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals
