Qualifications:
- Degree in B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required
- 4+ years of experience in accounting (experience in the travel and event industry is a must)
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Experience with event budgeting tools, travel invoicing systems, and payment gateways
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage dues, payables, and receivables efficiently
- Understanding of event costing, profit analysis, and supplier negotiations
- Detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solving, excellent communication, and time management skills
- Personal phones & laptops are mandatory for in-office work
- Age limit 21-35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Record sales, purchases, invoices, and expenses for both tours and event services.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track vendor payments, customer dues, and outstanding balances.
Reconciliation: Maintain bank accounts, event budgets, travel booking systems, and payment gateways. - Tax & Compliance: File GST returns, deduct TDS, and ensure tax compliance for both travel and event services.
- Balance Sheet & Financial Reporting: Prepare P&L statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
Vendor & Supplier Payments: Process payments for hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues, caterers, decorators, etc. - Client Billing & Collections: Generate invoices for tours, events, and corporate bookings, and follow up on payments.
- Event Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Monitor event costs, analyze profitability, and ensure budget adherence.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.
