Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, particularly in MICE programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of event planning and logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Experience in the luxury business travel or cruise industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
• Personal phones & laptops are mandatory for in-office work
• Age limit 21-35 years
